Ruggable Brand Strategy
Packaging design for Peruvian Chocolatier, Death by Xoko.
The strategic work for Ruggable, a popular startup known for its beautifully designed washable rugs, involved leading a strategic initiative aimed at increasing their brand loyalty. In launching the initiative, I focused on three components: research on the process and data required to make a recommendation, followed by development of a creative campaign utilizing identified insights from the analysis, and finally the development of a practical implementation plan identifying timing, resources, interdependencies and budget constraints.
The result was an in-depth analysis of the current business and consumer environment, and a feasible yet unique creative campaign focusing on the rise of consumer interest in “do-it-yourself” home projects- inspired by The SIMS. My brand strategy deck can be viewed via the following link:
