Avon Kids Bath Products
The packaging redesign of Avon’s line of bath products for children proved to be a bubbly and creative challenge. The ask required my team and I to address both the parent as the decision-making unit and the child as end user in a way that would entice both parties. The design goals were to communicate product features sought out by parents, such as toxin-free, paraben-free, gentle formulas, while also creating an exciting bath-time experience for children through fun, imaginative packaging. To inspire the design, we sought out creative inspiration in everything from children’s games, to Nickelodeon television shows, backs of cereal boxes, and more. Ultimately, we created a series of adorable, colorful characters with bubbly personalities.
