Morgan Stanley’s RESERVED Living & Giving program is the first complimentary loyalty program for eligible Morgan Stanley clients, designed to provide benefits beyond traditional wealth management services. The program provides access to exclusive partner offers and discounts from luxury brands, along with insights on lifestyle topics.
As an Account Manager at The Cooper Group, a New York-based design agency, I headed the development, launch and promotion of the program, along with a team of talented developers, outside vendors, and creatives. The goal was to first build the RESERVED brand within Morgan Stanley’s visual guidelines, then drive adoption and usage via email marketing, direct mail, ads on the Morgan Stanley banking platform and through social media content.
